в настоящее время его ведет (небольшая) группа людей, доступная по адресу
domain-master@ua.net .
сайт, содержащий информацию о домене, называется http://nic.ua.net/ ;
там есть policy, документ о двухбуквенных географических доменах (a2ld),
и некоторые ссылки.
запись для ua1-dom на whois.internic.net содержит устаревшую информацию,
которуюб трудно обновить, так как зона . сейчас ведется одновременно internic-ом
aka network solutions (www.internic.net), IANA (www.iana.org) и (surprise!)
U.S. Department of Commerce (http://www.ntia.doc.gov).
Информация в базе RIPE (whois.ripe.net) более свежая.
в настоящее время в DNS продолжается время перемен, и встречи ICANN,
DNSO, RIPE, CENTR пока не принесли ясности в том, кто и как будет вести зону `.';
